You and your family are cordially invited to join us in celebrating India's 78th Independence Day!
Let's come together to pay tribute to the courageous freedom fighters who fought for our nation's independence.

Join us on Sunday, August 18th, 2024, at 9:00 AM at Syncrude Athletic Park (101 Cartier Road, Fort McMurray) for:

- Flag hoisting at 9:30 AM
- Traditional performances at 10:00 AM
- Sweet & light refreshments will be served

Dress code:
Wear traditional Indian or Canadian attire to showcase your pride (white, orange, green, or red colors encouraged)!

Performance Participation:
We're seeking participants for a live show showcasing India's diverse colors and culture. No prior practice or experience is needed!

Volunteer Opportunity:
Be part of the team that makes it happen! We need friendly volunteers to assist with event setup on the day of the celebration at 8:00 am. Every helping hand counts!
