Annual General Meeting of Fort McMurray Gujarati Cultural Society will be on March 24, 2018.

AGM Date: Saturday, March 24, 2018 5:00 pm-10:00 pm

Venue: Walter and Gladys Hill Elementary School, Eagleridge

Program outline:

• 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm: Welcome Members & Voting on Constitution Amendment
• 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Achievement Award, Year in review, Report by Treasurer, Voting Result & President Speech
• 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm: Election of Executive Members for year 2018-19
• 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm: Dinner
• 9:30 pm to 10:00 pm: Clean up

We haven`t received any nomination for any of the positions. We will accept nomination for all positions on the floor. Following positions are required to be filled.

• Treasurer
• Web Coordinator
• Program Coordinator (2)
• Food Coordinator (2)
• Facilities Coordinator (2)
• Member-at-Large
• Library Lead

We encourage all our members to promptly reach the venue at 5:00 pm to enable us to start the program on time. Our heart-filled thanks to every member of FMGCS, who helped us to serve the society for 2017-18 and we encourage all the members to step up and take the opportunity to actively participate during election/selection process on this Saturday.

Constitutional Amendment Voting:

We have received excellent responses from member's suggestions for Constitutional amendment to keep our constitution current.
There will be two options to vote, Yes or No, please select one option for each amendment to successfully submit your ballet.
Member & spouse will be given one ballet each, please bring your photo Identification with you in order to vote. Voting will be closed 6.30 pm Sharp & result will be declared around 7 pm.
