As shared in our previous communication, FMGCS is delighted to organize “Vadil Vandan Milan 2026 (વડીલ વંદન મિલન)” — a special cultural day trip exclusively for our respected retired senior members aged 55 and above.

This unique event will provide an opportunity for our seniors to come together, socialize, and enjoy a memorable cultural experience while exploring select cultural sites and the Aviation Museum (time permitting) in Edmonton.

Coach Bus Departure from Fort McMurray:
Time: 5:00 AM

Coach Bus Departure from Edmonton:
Time: 4:00 PM (Tentative)

Estimated Arrival Back in Fort McMurray:

• $35 per person (Only for retired seniors aged 55 years and above)
• Limited seats so first come first served.  

Important Information

Please note the following:

• This is primarily an FMGCS members event. If spaces remain available, registration may be opened to non-members after May 26, 2026.
• The registration portal opens on May 19, 2026 at 7:00 AM, and closes on May 26, 2026 at midnight, or earlier if all tickets are sold.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• FMGCS reserves the right to close registration early if capacity is reached sooner than anticipated.
• In case of overwhelming demand, FMGCS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate additional members, where feasible.
• Seniors on visitor visas are welcome to join, provided they have valid medical insurance coverage in Canada.
• All participants will be required to review and sign a Waiver of Liability form prior to joining the trip. Participation in the event will be subject to submission of the signed waiver.
